What to expect
We answer from the same address, usually within a few working days. Corrections get priority and are applied to the page before we reply, so the reply will normally point at the amended text.
We cannot answer requests for navigational advice, for the current character or range of any light, or for permission to enter an operational station. Those go to the relevant lighthouse authority, and for navigational data to the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office.
